Old Fashion

1 teaspoon of simple syrup
2 dashes of Angosturo bitters
Slice of orange peel, including pith
2oz rye or bourbon
1 maraschino cherry

French 75

1 oz Gin
½ oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz Simple Syrup
3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
Garnish: lemon twist

Hemmingway Daiquiri

 2 ounces white rum
1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Lime wheel, for garnish

Manhattan 

2oz rye or bourbon

1oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula)

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

4 drops of cherry juice (optional)

1 maraschino cherry (preferably Luxardo), for garnish

Vodka Martini

3 ounces of vodka
1 ounce of dry vermouth
3 olives

Whiskey Sour

2 ounces whiskey (some prefer bourbon, I like rye)
3/4 ounce simple syrup (1:1 ratio sugar:water)
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white

Vesper Martini

3 Parts Gin
1 part Vodka
1 splash of Lillet Blanc
Served up in a Martini glass with a twist of lemon
Shakin not Stirred

Harvey Wallbanger

1 and ½ ounce of vodka
½ ounce of Galliano liqueur
4 ounces of orange juice
Orange slice or cherry garnish

Long Island Ice Tea

1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 triple sec
1 oz sour mix
Top off with Cola
Garnish with lemon wedge

 

Cosmopolitan

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
3/4 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish with orange twist

Aperol Spritz

2 oz. Aperol
3 oz. prosecco
2 oz. (or a splash, or a top off) club soda
orange slices

Negroni

3/4-ounce gin
3/4 ounce Campari

3/4 ounce sweet vermouth  (Carpano Antica Formula)
orange peel (for garnish)

Blue Moon

2 ounces high-quality gin
1/2 ounce Creme de Violette
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Garnish: lemon twist

Lunar & Tonic

Hendrick's Lunar 50ml
Tonic Water 150ml

Lost In Space Martini
